These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Melbourne Airport Taxis. By using our transport or delivery services across Melbourne, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Service Conditions

Our goal is to offer reliable and comfortable transport for airport travel, corporate trips, hotel transfers, events, weddings, and parcel delivery.

All bookings are accepted based on availability, and we reserve the right to decline requests when necessary for safety or operational reasons.


2. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a phone, SMS, or email acknowledgment from our team.

Please ensure all pickup details, addresses, and contact information provided are accurate. Incorrect information may affect service timing or availability.


3. Pricing & Payments

Fares are set according to the vehicle type, distance, time of travel, and any additional service requested.

Payment may be made using the options we support at the time of service. Any tolls, parking fees, or additional charges will be added to the final fare when applicable.


4. Cancellations & Changes

We understand that plans can change.
If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please notify us as early as possible.
Late cancellations or last-minute changes may incur a fee, particularly during peak hours, special events, or long-distance bookings.


5. Delays & Waiting Time

We aim to arrive on time for every booking. However, unexpected delays such as traffic, weather conditions, or road closures may occur. Waiting time may apply if the passenger is not ready at the scheduled pickup time. Waiting charges will be communicated clearly when relevant.


6. Passenger Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth trip, passengers are expected to:

  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time
  • Provide accurate instructions and addresses
  • Treat the driver and vehicle with respect

Any damage caused to the vehicle may result in a cleaning or repair fee.


7. Safety & Conduct

Our drivers follow all road safety rules and operate vehicles with care.
We may refuse service to any person whose behaviour compromises the safety or comfort of others.


8. Luggage & Parcel Handling

We do our best to carry luggage and parcels safely.

Please ensure items are packed securely. We are not liable for fragile, unsealed, or prohibited goods.

For parcel delivery, the sender is responsible for providing correct delivery details.


9. Limitations of Liability

While we make every effort to provide dependable service, Melbourne Airport Taxis is not responsible for losses arising from delays, missed flights, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
